Native MQTT support#35

The LAN C should have a native interface to MQTT. The MQTT interface should be read/write to all settings. (and readonly to sensor data.)

Please include also the GroundHeat Exchange module Comfofond (on/off and sensor values)- that is usually “forgotten” that people use this too…
