The IFTTT service (https://ifttt.com/developers) allows any connected home device to connect with any other service in their directory (they connect with over 700 different services). Connecting the Zehnder API to IFTTT would mean that users could create simple integrations with other smart devices: “when my CO2 level or humidity level gets above a certain PPM / %, turn on boost mode for 10 minutes” or “Alexa, turn on boost mode” or “when I go into boost mode, log that event in a Google spreadsheet”. Zehnder wouldn’t have to integrate with all of those services — just connecting the IFTTT API would unlock those possibilities.
